I am leaving today... thanks for all your help!

Um... last thing... I hope to be impress when I come to Phoenix. To this moment... I have been thinking Phoenix is a suburb in a desert... change my view of that please!

Its 106 degree in Phoenix right now with 4% humidity... I think I could manage!

I am laughing almost everybody in here for whinnying about Phoenix being so hot. Phoenix do get hot, but not the whole year. When the temperature is 100 degree, it will feel like 90 degree only at noon. Then the temperature will drop down in the evening and in the morning.

The hottest months in Arizona are mid-June, July, and Aug. Only three months months, then the rest of the months are below 100 degrees. No humidity in Phoenix and that is a good thing. Just remember, we have exciting storm in July and Aug called the Monsoon (strong rain, lighting, and strong wind.)

Phoenix Arizona is consider West Coast and Pacific states

(California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Nevada.)

California is too skinny and tall state. Arizona border to Pacific ocean is only 3 hrs. Phoenix to Arizona border is 2 hrs.

as one of the rarest people in the world... a North Dakota native. I must say that I would not ever under any circumstance trade the cold for the heat I experience in Phoenix... EVER!

Give me 120 in Phoenix over -80 wind chills any ******* day of the year! Stop with all the "wuss" crap on either side. As far as I'm concerned, heat is better than cold!

What a fascinating thread especially for someone likes myself who loves extreme cold (-40 celsius i am talking about :P how much is that in your temperature?) It's interesting to see how some people love the infernal hot weather of Phoenix and on the other extreme i love the beautiful freezing weather of Winnipeg and Yellowknife

I know for sure that if i lived in Phoenix i would be dead in a matter of days
because
1) I suffer from insomnia in hot weather
2) I don't feel like eating when it's hot
3) I have no zest to do anything when it's hot

So i would either die of starvation, sleep disorder or suicide

I almost die in NOrth Carolina of the cold weather, I can imagine living in an are so deppress like Winnipeg, My nephew lives there I dont' know how it can handle that.

at leats the heat in Phoenix only last 3 months, and then it is beautiful.

It is interesting how people talk about the heat.

It was 114 today, the water park were full of people, people enjoying a barbecue on the shade of a tree, and life as usual.

We don't cry about the heat.
In december I will be laughing about the weather in Chicago, Wisconsin, Michigan, Canada.

Here it will be perfect

There is so much to do here in Phoenix.
I am just glad I don't live in LA. the only good thing about California is San Francisco. Without it, I will not care for that state at all

Starbucks? Why don't you take a look at Seattle and New York City.

And I don't know anyone who has ever had plastic surgery.

Your BS toward Los Angeles continues. And what's even more funny is that this is coming from a resident of Phoenix.

Oh, BTW, congrats on your city surpassing Philadelphia. Though I'd take Philadelphia over Phoenix anyday. Not as boring.

You know it is funny, that people in Arizona are not only talking about building a wall along the Mexican border but one along the AZ/CA border as well.

LMAO. Metropolis? Phoenix? Ahahahahahahahaha...rrrriiiiiigggghhhttt.

Fastest growing metropolis? Yes, and in due time it will eventually collapse. I could give two cents about Phoenix being the fastest growing city in the country. You can have your moment of glory. I'm not one to spoil it for others.

And the people moving out are compensated for by the people moving in!

OMG I respect you.
I will die the same day over there.

I can understand why you will die in Phoenix the same day, if you are used to that weather.
