so much discussion on Portuguese. Well, we are a big ethnical mix. Arabs (mainly Berbers), Germanics, Romans, Phoenecians, sub-saharian Africans, Indians, Chinese, more recently Brazilians...
I, for example, have red hair. People mistake me for Irish, English...but yes, the majority has brown or black hair.

Lisboa is quite hilly, yes, and has much to offer. Bacalhau, grilled sardines, caldo verde (if you're Muslim, beware that we normally eat chouriço - smoked pork sausage) so ask "sem chouriço". And those fado locals are beautiful. Ah and many other soups, plus the octopus, squid, seafood, salad. And cheese, and the pastry, like the famous pastel de Belém / pastel de nata
You may think we drink only wine and beer, but we also have very good fruits (esp. oranges) for juice, plus portuguese coffee is the only one (apart from italian) that I like.
Then get out of Lisbon and know the rest of the country.

Campo Pequeno... bullring, but it's a fantastic concert hall

Lah i 3amarha dar
