Interesting pictures - The skyscrapers reach to really impressive heights!

I always thought Ramat Gan is to the east of Tel-Aviv but there is no trace of the City Gate on this photo: http://img8.exs.cx/img8/9296/01kn.jpg
I found this pic (http://www.asergeev.com/pictures/arc...32/jpeg/14.jpg) indicating that it must be to the north of Azrieli center.
Do you have a skyline pic showing both cities?

Currently Israel is not on my "must-visit-list". Just my personal opinion - the country does not appeal me as much as other destinations.
And of course there are the security reasons - but thats a whole different topic.

EDIT: I have found this in your Forum.

Unfortunately I have never been to Israel! But I would love to go there someday.
A friend of mine lived there for one year and he only talked good about Israil.

When you leave out politics, I love Israel! Especially Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and the Dead Sea must be awesome and really diverse places to visit!

Don't care about Israel. Not my cup of tea. Prefer countries with more nature.

Kick their AKs and M16s out of their hands and give them a MaiTai and they'll be relaxed.

I always wondered how it happened that a jewish state was formed in 1948 after nearly 2000 years of nothing. It's also something like a miracle that the Jews in that time without a own country don't got mixed with other ethnic groups.

I like Israel. It's so diverse. Jerusalem - ancient, full of history. Tel-Aviv - liberal, modern, strong economy. The South is a desert and in the mountains in the North you can go skiing in the winter.

Those are indeed quite impressive. Whole urban quarters looking like German Bauhaussiedlungen.
Add skyscrapers, Art Decó & beaches and you have a quite unique city. It has some Miami appeal to it.
