Definitely.
Renfe currently has less than 100 very high-speed (300 km/h or more) trains, plus about 130 250 km/h trainsets (most are shorter also) for Alvia dual-gauge or Avant regional services.

Nowadays, trains with no HSL (at least partially) among all long distance ones are

- Barcelona-Valencia-Alicante-Murcia (expected to have in... some years ago partially)
- Madrid-Cartagena (there are someones hybrid, HSL to Albacete and diesel to Cartagena). HSL on works
- Madrid-Almeria. No news. HSL for longer
- Madrid-Badajoz. Some streches on works but for long
- Vigo/La Coruña - Bilbao/Irun (well, it can do its best within Galicia but it is the oldest long distance train in Spain)
- Lisbon - Irun

and AFAIK, the rest of long distance trains are Alvia or AVE at the moment (or other similar names).
