7/10. A nice compliment to the beautiful Cincinnati skyline on the opposite side of the Ohio River.

I would love to see a pic featuring both the Covington and Cincinnati skylines with the Ohio River meandering through.

Bear in mind that Covington is on the other side of the Ohio river facing the City of Cincinnati, just like Jersey City, NJ is facing New York City, NY - it is great that it reached that size at all.

The skyline is ok, not good, but still it has potentials. Very much so there are buildings, with this city being mostly a residential city. So, it doesn't deserve a good ratings because of the skyline, but I thought the skyline is decent. 6/10.

Population 400,000? Unless there's been about a 300,000 person population boom in the last few months I think someone gave you some bad information.

5.5 because Covington is very dense and the Victorian homes are so packed together they remind me of a New England town.

5/10 A city of 400,000 should have a bigger skyline

I enjoy Covington. A nice place with some great historical density.
Skyline's not too brilliant though.

For a US suburb, I can't complain. Outside NY/LA/Miami, the country seems to have very little in the way of suburban skyline activity, so I can't help but appreciate this - albeit meager - attempt. In absolute terms though, not too darn much. 5

If see those pics, I can't almost believe there life 400.000 people. Probably the city is very stretched out. I life for example in a nearly 300.000p city (see Utrecht at this forum) and in my opinion it looks more urban (don't compare the skyline, but the rate of urbaness).
For the skyline 5.5/10 -> a few nice individual buildings
