MONTREAL | Tour Centre-Ville | 217m | 58 fl | Pro

Here is a proposed tower for Montreal

On this rendering, all the surounding towers are cut out, maybe so it will stand out more.

I think it's a proposal, it's on Lemay Michaud site. I don't think he would have wasted his time on this.. I'm not so sure.

But the height limit on this land allow this height, no?

Okay, it may be a case study where they are seeing how feasible it is to construct a building. It would take years for a building like this to even get proposed.

that'd be good for montreal, I went like two years ago, and the city is beautiful, very nice and comfortable but I realized that almost all the skyscraper are like 90's designs, I also saw some buildings under construction that had a great design, but I feel montreal really need more modern buildings, but I really love your city, congratulations you have a wonderful city!

^ You would be surprise how Modern and industrial Montreal is. You have to realize that althouh we may not be a hub for mega structure, we do have an array of modern to ultra modern building. Just take a closer look at the same render, and you will there is a lot of modern/hi-tect architecture.

The last render reminds me a lot of ICE 216m in Toronto, very nice I hope it comes to fruition.

This is the last time I warn you. Create proper/correct thread titles. If I see any wrong thread titles from you again I will close your thread right away.

I've created the threads all the same time, I'm not stupid to make the same mistake again, so there are sill some other thread faulty, here are the links.
