DMCI Homes Gears up for 2nd Semester 2010

Excerpt:
Not resting on its laurels, DMCI Homes proceeds with the launch of more developments in 2010. By the second half of the year, it will be unveiling new projects in very strategic locations: a twin high-rise tower located behind the Manila Adventist Hospital along Donada St. in Taft Ave., Pasay; a two-tower high-rise along Reliance corner Pines St. near EDSA, Mandaluyong City; a medium-rise condo village in Visayas Avenue, Quezon City; a boutique condo enclave in P. Tuazon, Quezon City; a medium-rise development in West Service Road, Bicutan, Parañaque City; and another medium-rise property in Sucat, Muntinlupa City that will be set on a sprawling 3 hectare property.

Very Nice. I would recommend this more than SM Light Residences as of now. Its a 2-minute walk to the Pioneer MRT Station and 5-min walk Robinson's Pioneer and 8-15mins walk to Shangri-la (based from experience)

Hi @lighter.

Hope you are well.

uhm.. I am not bashing SMDC Light Residences or something. Sorry to disappoint you. I am just saying, that I will recommend this more from now on, based on DMCI's track record. :peace:

Another thing, if you stay at Pioneer Highlands as much as I do, then feel free to provide your own experience. I do not make-up stories here in SSC. Seriously, I tried to walk these distances. Again, :peace:

wow! finally, a DMCI project near mrt and ortigas! i'm sure this will be good!

also i agree with leechtat. DMCI has a better track record than SMDC. choosing light (SMDC) and flair tower (DMCI), i'd choose DMCI's. at least you won't get shortchange for your money. good move in choosing dmci leechtat!

I think that's what Leechat meant "track record" hindi ung layo ng MEgamall, MRT etc.

yes, i meant dmci's track record is very good from quality to turnover.

also, i'm very familiar with the pioneer area so you will think that sm light and flair is far from each other, but its a very very short walk. from edsa central also you can just go straight from reliance frontage to mayflower, its a good exercise.

Flair Towers will be launched soon. We are just waiting for the signal to formally launch the project.

Expect it to be like the other projects of DMCI Homes: with generous space intended for ground level amenities and lumiventte technology.

based on existing or past high-rise projects of dmci, how much would be the approx monthly dues of a 48sqm unit ?

Went to Brokers Briefing Yesterday and was surprised to find out that Flair Towers has a 60 to 70% open space! This is a welcome development considering the location and the density of condo units in the area.
