Had a peek-a-boo @ the site yesterday

There were 3 track hoes (excavators) digging furiously. Plus what looked like to be a delivery truck on site too.

The office building that was behind for the same site has completely disappeared!! Hoorah!

Anyway, did you guys know that North Sydney posted the worst result on vacancy levels across the various CBDs in Australia.

The other bad thing is that Optus are leaving North Sydney, they are off to new offices in North Ryde.

Possibly due to the fact that the developers involved can see longer term than just the quick buck.

Also Tenix will have 100 Arthur St as their new HQ. This one though doesn't have any major pre-commitments (at least that have gone public with a media release)...and then there's Optus.

They are certainly working quickly on this one.

Good one Lendy!! Coming along nicely.

An offical site too (from the hordings in LLR's pics): 100 Pacific Hwy

^ Doesn't say much really. It's a flash site with a little slideshow for each item on the menu. The second + from the top has nice aerial of North Sydney/Sydney/western suburbs. LOL @ "Design Statement"

It will be a nice one.

I thought that crane seemed to be quite a way from the front core.

In this photo, the tower will rise directly in front of Northpoint. Around 2/3'rds of Northpoint will be blocked from this angle.

Thanks L.L for the shots. This one has gone fast over the past few months. I thought they hadn't reached this stage.

Drove past the site a couple of days ago and the core was about 4 levels above street level, so this one's certainly moving along nicely.

It's much higher than ground level. More so with what Mr Tall was mentioning on May 10.

Cheers Fabian.
