De Snor, great photos. Obviously I've seen tons of Atlanta photos but you showed me some great new angles. You really show how Atlanta is a very green city. If you get up too high its hard to believe that the metropolitan population is over 4 million people.

9/10 because of the innovative photography.

8/10 in some cases it looks all nice and compact. In other areas it looks very spread out, but I like the architecture.

Atlanta rocks

DeSnor, looking at your beautiful photos again I noticed that what really makes them all unique is that you have greenery (ie, grass, trees, etc) in the foreground and you place the buildings in the top of the picture. Really nice work!!

Citizen, how can you see suburban sprawl in the pictures that De Snor posted? The purpose of "Rate Our Skylines" is to give a score for the pictures displayed, not to advance your agenda against a city's other issues.

9/10. Second after Houston, Atlanta has a pretty Intown skyline, also when well lit at night.

Some nice buildings with a good mixture of styles, and plenty of surrounding greenery.

I'm actually quite surprised - I heard some very negative comments about Atlanta from some people on here recently, but when I actually see these pictures for myself I really like it.

This is the kind of skyline i like. Tall buildings but not dense and makes it looks powerful !!

I gave it a 4 because it photographs well with the right lens.

But 4 or 5 talls don't add up to a great skyline. This aerial shows just how disappointing this over-rated skyline is. More like Buffalo than NYC.

6/10 ... I've driven through ATL a few times. It has some nice post-modern architecture, but the skyline is just too loose.
