It looks like a place in China or Former Soviet Union country or something. Sooooo mad different from Seoul City (Capital of South Korea) and its Southern brothers. Please re-unite and forget the bs!!!! (Even Osama is dead now!)

Agree, the photos of the tram and empty boulevard (minus the convoy) make it look like Moscow in the 80s!

On a superficial level it looks clean and tidy with no advertisements. I wonder how many average North Koreans fall for the government's brainwashing?

Hoping for a peaceful reunification soon

A lot. Old generation that knew freedom is dying. People only know things the way they are now. Brainwashed from their birth.

Anyway great pictures! If whole NK looked like this, it would be great. Sadly the rest NK's cities are slums.

The eighth picture actually makes the city look pretty impressive, and the Ryugyong Hotel is a fantastic landmark. I just hope that Kim Jong-un actually turns out to be a reformer so that North Korea can begin to develop and support its population, and hopefully eventually reunify with the South in a peaceful way.

We can hope he is, but we hoped the same thing about Kim Jong Il. At any rate, I'm suprised the Ryugyong hotel is finished. It's a lot more attractive than what I expected.

Not that bad actually. I hope I get to visit Pyeongyang sometime in my life, that is after Kim Jong-Il is dead, and hopefully North/South Korea unification gradually taking place..That huge square (idk it's name) makes it even better..

They are expelled from the city. They can go and live in the country side.

You can go to North Korea as a tourist as long as you join an organized tour

Anyway, you have to write the credit if these are not yours.
Are you blind? The photos are already credited and it clearly says who they belong to at the bottom of each photo

How rude you are!
Of course, I am not blind.
How can see pictures if I am blind? Or you are blind?

I just missed your credit because you writed so small at the bottom of the big pictures.
I am always writing the credit on the top of pictures, which everyone can see easily and firstly. That's a reason why I missed.

Anyway, thanks for many photographers here, not you.
