O prédio é bonito, mas concordo com o WalPaulista, o predinho que existe no lugar tem um estilo legal. Poderia se fazer esse novo no terreno exatamente a frente, me parece um estacionamento, e que ao lado tem umas construçõezinhas mequetrefes.
Podia ir tudo pro chão.

WOOOW!,que maravilha!!!É uma pena que destruam esse predinho déco,fazer o quê?Pelo menos estão substituindo por algo de qualidade arquitetônica e bastante expressividade(não que o antigo não tenha,mas é uma substituição a altura).

*E o Centro,cada vez mais pulsante!!!
