There are still available units. There will also be a price increase on November 2, 2015. Also the circuit mall is already open.

Solstice tower 1 will be turned over in 2018. Do you think Circuit will be much more developed by then?

Hi, before the turnover of Solstice T1 there will already by the 2 BPO buildings. Also the regional mall (bigger malls compared to lifestyle mall circuit lane) should be completed before turnover. Actually expect the price increases to happen at the same time as each milestone is completed. Getting a unit earlier is a must I brokered for my brother right before the first price increase last november 2015 when circuit lane was opened.

Right now looks like it will be at least a year before the next price increase unless units are selling out fast.

how is this going along? i got 1 bedroom unit here. first time with alveo , in ur experience guys is alveo dependable in delivering the project as promised?

Yes so far Alveo dmci are one of the most dependable developers when it comes to turn overs. They usually deliver on time. Of course there maybe times where a project is delayed but still they are one of the more dependable. I do not think there is a developer with a 100% on time. But for sure dont expect the project to stop or be delayed by a couple of years like Eton.

Circuit Makati has its own cement mixing plant at site so hopefully this will help it speeding up construction. Construction schedule is up to date. Will post pictures once I am allowed to do so of the latest construction updates. Hehe

It was my first time in Circuit Makati's circuit lane and it's looking good so far. Asked around and all commercial spaces have been taken. Only a matter of time now before this place fully blooms.

A UNIT of property giant Ayala Land Inc. unveiled a new high-rise residential tower in Circuit Makati, bringing P3.9 billion worth of new inventory targeting young urban professionals.

Alveo is now in full swing with the construction of the two Solstice Towers, as well as its office-for-sale project, The Stiles Enterprise Plaza. The first Solstice tower is now 95 percent sold out and the second tower now 67 percent taken up. Residential units in both towers are expected to be turned over by 2019.
