Sale of the site (& subsequent start of construction) subject to this being approved. Quite a few details in the 'additional information' doc.

Mystery Dubai investor.

Should bulk up Great Ancoats St what with the 14 storey Nuovo building across the road currently being finished off.

Can anyone find the colour render, must be about somewhere? It's greyed out on Hodder's website.

No signs of life on Nuovo, apart from security, wish there was.

Sorry NQ, I'll look around when I get home but I'm currently on my phone.

I thought I heard somewhere that a developer had committed to completing Nuovo by December?

I thought I remember it being different to the brick work design above. I defo remember loving the design and looking forward to the build.

GET THE OLD DESIGN BACK.

Wasn't it going to be a hotel at one point also. Hmmm

There's also this one, up the road at 122-124. I might be confusing a render i'd seen with that.

Certainly looks more interesting, the design by Stephenson.

This one (the original design) and the one up the road (also a great design) were proposed at round about the same time, I'm sure of it. Defo remember it being a hotel at one point though

Looks pretty much like the Hodder & Partner's design proposed, way back, for just down the road on Swan St. Now the site of the Workshop Project.

actually prefer the more conventional design, this showy one looks flimsy and has an obviously cosmetic facade with that run-over at the top

I still prefer the old design with its Beetham style fins and CJC wall.

So is this residential? Hopefully if they start on site soon it'll kick the Nuovo developers into action. But then again how many times have we seen a developer clear the land and then do absolutely nothing.

Just for comparison like nq said heres the Stephenson design, previous to the Hodder. I actually prefer this one.
