Finally, Ayala has made use of its remaining empty lots for development. I'm hoping that these are not the final renders. Anyways, kudos to Ayala Land!

There is already an Aegis building on that site. I'm sure it's going to be torn down in the future and it's call centres moved within the development.

Gotta admire the business acumen of this developer! Makati is just unstoppably getting denser and denser. Hopefully the local government of Makati will take the initiative to implement vital urbanism solutions like more networks of pedestrian networks, people movers and pocket parks. Oh wait, ALI has been doing those already. Excuse my French but, Suck It Binays et al!

Collect lang ng collect ang mga Binays ng tax tas paghahatihatian nila at yung iba ipapamudmod ng kung ano anong "free" sa mga nasasakupan nya. Parang wala ngang nag-eexist na government sa Makati eh

Di mo pwede galawain ang mga squatters este Informal Settlers dyan sa likod ng MMC, source ng boto yan

That's the MAJOR problem. Akala ng mga bobotante sa ibang parte ng Pilipinas ay si Binay ang tunay na arkitekto ng kasaganahan ng Makati.

Hindi nila alam na sa Ayala ang credit ng lahat ng ito.

Wow nman! Very nice development.. It will make Ayala Avenue look fresh and new again.. Kaya lang, bakit hindi pa dinamay ung Jaka Tower sa redevelopment? People support and convergys will be demolished and yet Jaka/Chaka tower will stay pa rin??? Why not turn it into a parking building instead? tutal podium pa lang nman talaga ung natayo...

Isn't it the entire Ayala Center/CBD is owned by Ayala? And all lots/properties at least along Ayala Ave. are just leased to those buildings? Well, they can at least propose something for that abandoned building since its an eyesore..

Anyway, the proposed mixed-use building.. I'm really hoping it will be a supertall naman... I think it's the perfect location to have one.. it's like an entryway to the entire CBD.. and facing RCBC..

Alam ko yung pamilya pa rin nila Enrile ang may-ari ng lote ng JAKA. They tried selling it, but no one took the offer.
