Nairobi needs a mixture of different architectural styles. Otherwise it would become a boring glass or concrete city. This isnt the worst design.

What I haven't seen is african inspired architecture past the KICC.

This would fit in right there in Pangani.A swimming pool on roof top and a great view of the Nairobi skyline will be cool

Pretty much devoid of architectural merit.

Its interaction at street level is terrible.

I don't think people get it that this one was built just to provide apartments and not for aesthetic purpose. This one is in Pangani and most of them are just simple buildings.I am just glad such many apartments are being built in the area. This is good news for the bachelors and people with young families

I am almost certain that this building is already complete.. There is a building that looks exactly like this in Pangani.. How comes some projects go unnoticed? Good example is Imani Business Center at the Junction of Thika Rd and Forest...

There is a building called Mvuli suites, or something of that sort in Ngara. Looks like the proposed project. It ain't too shabby if you ask me. They use hard stone I think. It's soft on the eyes

The buliding under construction on the Pangani side is 10 floors. Its definitely not this one.

If you think its ugly now, wait until people start hanging clothes from the balconies.

Not to worry they said it will come with washers and dryers. So only patio furniture will be seem from the balconies.
