8th avenue from 34th street to the north is actually 6 lanes road (3 from each direction)

I dont remember if that street between MC Depot and Turf BGC is 1 way or 2 and number of lanes.

It's a two-way street, one lane in each direction.

The road between Starbucks and MC Home Depot is one-way, though.

Those numbers per sqm are extremely crazy!

Just my observation

If you check the Bgc map, that left most section of Avida Turf BGC if you are facing north is designated green or park (the kinda extra lot before 8th Avenue beside MC Depot)

Now if you look at the YouTube video of that guy in motorcycle the left most boundary of the whole Avida Turf BGC supports that because it did not take at least 4feer

just question... if i am to buy one unit now among 3 avida projects, which is the best in terms of price appreciation and possible ROI if I rent it out...

Maybe they can get the guys who did its sister project - The Flats, for a speedy construction that seems like it almost magically gets completed in a snap.

There's also a higher priority office tower right across the street beside CITI Plaza. We already know the consequences if an office space is not ready by the time a whole workforce is ready to move in.

Am so disappointed with Avida Turf
Not only the units have small windows, the room sizes are small and compact

If somehow I think that Montane is almost a lower end and almost an Alveo
I now think personally that Avida Turf is higher end of Amaia

And the view of Montane and most buildings in Bonifacio North is now blocked or partially blocked from the south

Yeah, they really need to be able to start renting out units of The Flats before unit owners of Turf starts renting out theirs.
