Piling works complete then.

Looks like that area will become very compact when Halo is built. Is that Simpson Street below?

Ya it's Simpson St. The redbrick in the background is also being converted into apartments. We also have North Central up offshot to the left of the photo, Angel Gardens is now looming over and out front there's the Hampton by Hilton on Baptist St/Sharp St although that site is very quiet - does anyone know any more about it?

The white building is home to a mental health charity - I forget the name. They also have planning permission in place for a small extension.

Yep the charity is MoodSwings. Just had a peak at their planning app.

Really pleasing to see small charities like this surviving and expanding.

Just one basement level. As I mentioned above they are fitting 20 double car stackers like these.
