I couldn't find a thread for this, but I know it has been discussed in the past, so forgive me if this is a duplicate thread.

Here's a rendering:

The exterior looks OK (hard to tell from the small render) but this will be a great place to live based on the location and the quality of the suites.

Thanks Progress, the pic is coming through perfectly now. I think it is an elegant and sophisticated looking building. One unit per floor.. how exclusive is that?

I'm pretty sure Seasons passes to the ROM are included in the sale.

Should be an interesting addition to the area!

are they real burritos, or those 50 lb things wrapped in massive flatbreads like at Burrito Boys? I like the real ones best.

Well... they are really more "wraps" than burritos. I've nothing really against them except they don't taste like a burrito!

Well... it depends how you ask them to make it, after all! There are definitely some items that make it unique, but that's great. You can have a traditionally dull burrito...I'm gonna down my pulled pork with yam and guacamole concoction.

1 Unit per floor? That sounds like an AWESOME place to live in. Exterior ain't half bad either.

Actually, both times that I have been to "Burrito Fresh", my burritos were way too soggy cuz they slopped too much bean juice onto them, grr. I hope that little building with Subway, Gabby's, Pho Hung doesn't get demolished though it's really the only little spot you can get food on Bloor from Bedford to Yonge!

That is a narrow lot!

Great project. Very urban, but on a human scale.

Residents will have a ne plus ultra vantage view of the ROM.

If I paid a few million dollars to have the lowest floor condo in that building I'd be pretty disappointed. I mean it's pretty loud there at night, and you won't get any view either. There's nothing like staying up till 2am every night thanks to the booming club goers and music at Lobby.

It might be loud, but at least you'd be in the condo closest to the Rodin statue in the lobby (not the bar, the actual lobby).

Yeah.. I'd rough it! The girls who hang around outside Lobby, smoking, look like hookers.
