I thought it might be a good idea to create this fourm to potentially channel some of the Foxconn specific discussion off the main forum in case there are other topics people want to discuss.
Also even though I named the forum Foxconn campus as the first article I cited from the Business Times...
Generally I like to wait for some more firm information to come out before creating a thread but this one sounds like the documents are ready to be shared with the city, if only they could get the address correct.
Here's what we know:
Developer: HKS Holdings (mostly) along with Wangard
Figured this project technically hit our 15 story rule so here's it's own thread-
Here's the low down:

I know most people on this forum are highly skeptical of Marcus and if this project will ever get built. However I thought we should have a dedicated subforum since we have one for the Nexus and also so discussion can potentially occur here and not clog up the main forum.
I'm going to take RedLion727 for his word and create a thread based on the numbers he gave for the BMO Harris tower proposal coming this week. We can always edit the title of this thread if those numbers change or are different...
Since it's pretty evident by the illustrations that there are some pretty decent sized towers in the post office redevelopment. I decided to create this thread now. I think this is another huge project that will play a huge role in the continued revitalization of downtown. Here is the first...
I know everything that is initially posted in this subforum has been posted on the other streetcar subforum. However since that forum was created for the Blue Line and we now have a map of where the Green Line / Lakefront Line will go I thought it would be appropriate to separate the two. This...
So now I think there is enough going on in the West Side to merit a thread. I'll look for a few things I've posted in the general thread recently. I won't try to re-post anyone else's stuff, but if it fits it will help move the discussion along.
Maybe we should try to define what is west...
Sorry for the confusing nature of the title of this subforum, the name of this project on the Kindness Architecture site is 700 E Kilbourn just like the recently cancelled Carroll Properties project.
294 Parking Spaces
3,000 square feet of street level retail
This fourm is obviously dedicated to the Milwaukee neighborhoods of Haymarket, Brewer's Hill, and Riverwest. Below are the links to the neighborhood associations that I could locate:
Historic Brewer's Hill Association
Riverwest Neighborhood Association...
I am not sure how much interest there will be in a forum like this, but I have seen some discussion about the Skywalk system on the main forum before and so I thought maybe it would be good to create a place for people to talk about it if they wanted. Below is a map and a link to a brochure...
I know that there has been nothing more than an announcement from Chris Abele that the County will be developing this BRT line, there isn't even a map that has been made public yet. However, I thought that maybe this project warranted a thread for its own news and discussion. Especially since a...
