I recently checked out the latest finger wharf development at Pyrmont which was just completed recently - Sydney Wharf.
Wharves 8 & 9 which housed the Foxtel HQ have been converted to apartments. There is a nice boardwalk running along the harbour providing some great views of the city and harbour.
I recently went for a walk in a section of Pyrmont that has been developed over the past decade by Lend Lease known as Jacksons landing. I don't think there is a residential development in Sydney that has to be as good as this one.
