This is the closest Ukrainian town to Slovakian border.

Few pictures, bad quality, few years old, - but better than nothing, eh? Enjoy:

I think so, why? It's either Mukacheve or Mukachevo.

No you are right : Mukacheve (Ukrainian: Мукачеве (Mukacheve), Ruthenian: Мукачів (Mukachiv), Hungarian: Munkács ...Russian: Mukachevo

BTW very nice town. In 80-90th it was a popular ski resort. Also
used to be a place where young people were getting together from all over former S.U. for song contests (written by themselves, guitar, fire, meeting new folks)

Really? That's interesting to know. I never knew much about it, I just remember it because I had to catch a train I missed from Uzhgorod and went by bus to Mukacheve. Not too many memories of it.

Uzhgorod has some very interesting architecture and it's fairly large.
