Doramar Plaza a welcome option for retail and service industries

Just 15 minutes from San Juan and easily accessible from PR22 Exit 20 to Dorado, the new Doramar Plaza is poised to be a choice location for businesses in the greater metropolitan area. With an adjacent traffic flow of more than 140,000 vehicles daily and its strategic position, the property is expected to become a leading service and retail center in the north, serving Dorado as well as surrounding cities and towns.

Doramar Plaza consists of a 200,000-square-foot, mixed-use center divided into five major retail and service areas. The entry to the mall leads to 70,000 square feet of outparcel retail outlets including drugstores, various fast-food eateries and casual dining restaurants and cafés, banks, vehicle service providers, auto-parts retailers and communication service providers.

A separate area within the strip mall will include 25,000 square feet of varied retail outlets.

Complementing the retail space will be a medical office center and a professional office center, each offering a platform for the development of service professional specialties from both the medical and general business communities. Each center will consist of up to 30,000 square feet of office space and include state-of-the-art technology infrastructure.

Doramar Plaza will have more than 850 parking spaces, and this ample parking area has been combined with a carefully planned layout to facilitate vehicular flow and accessibility to all outlets and commercial areas of the mall, even during peak hours.

Que mal otro strip mall para acabar de jodernos. y en Dorado pa colmo. :gaah:

Espero que prospere porque nada está construido.

Pues Doramar Plaza no lo encuentro en ningún lado.

Pero informaré aquí.

La construcción está full throttle. Ya el edificio de Wendy's está completado. Es del estilo nuevo de Wendy's. Los de iHop y Krispy Kreme casi listos.

Los de tiendas normales están por la mitad. les falta trabajo.

Las rotondas también se están construyendo.

Como es el wendy's nuevo de Dorado? Es que en Juncos empezaron la semana pasada a construir (ya tienen varillas y eso) y quisiera saber mas o menos como quedará, puesto a lo unico q hay es un letrero que dice q creara 60 empleos, pero nada de renders -_-

BTW, yo tambien quiero que venga IKEA ya!!! yo soy un freak de los muebles ... debi ser diseñador de interiores lol

Es como la foto que trajo Crasho una vez del Wendy's de Roosevelt. Es difícil describir, es de los nuevos. Comparado con el otro Wendy's de Dorado, es un lujo.

En Caguas hay otro con el mismo diseño.

creo que en Caguas hay dos con el nuevo diseño, pq en Los Prados iban a hacer uno y en la Ave. Degetau remodelaron el viejo si mal no recuerdo.

So ya se como es, thanks! :)

Un strip mall, con 3 niveles, se ve interesante. Los 2 pisos de arriba seran para negocios u oficinas.

Por cierto ya esta terminada la remodelacion del Wendy's, y el de Hatillo tambien sera remodelado (deben remodelar 1ro el de Arecibo que esta frente a Pueblo que esta un poco deteriorada). Los McDonalds de Manati y Barceloneta seran remodelados como los nuevos de Arecibo y Cerro Gordo, el de Barceloneta con Mcafe, y ya abrieron Metropol de Barceloneta.

Estan construyendo la segunda fase de Doramar Plaza. Ya estan pintando al Walmart Supercenter del Riverside Town Center y continuan los trabajos de aplanamiento en los terrenos donde ubicara el centro comercial de la comunidad Tesoro El Dorado.

Cabe mencionar que los tres centros comerciales son colindantes y los tamaños fluctuan entre: +640,000 p/c Riverside Town Center, +200,000 p/c Tesoro El Dorado y no se cuanto tenga Doramar Plaza pero me atreveria a decir que en su totalidad debe pasar los 100,000 p/c.

Nuevo Sizzler........el nuevo inquilino tipo free standing de muchos mas que vendran.

Hablando de Riverside Town Center........empezaron a construir el octavo free standing en Doramar Plaza. No se que restaurante o inquilino sea el que vaya pero ya estan bastante adelantados. Por otro lado el Sizzler (septimo free standing) esta viento en popa al igual que la expansion del centro comercial.
