The . . . 1036 Mission Street project would be financed by the development of 399 Fremont Street, constructed to satisfy the affordable housing requirement for the Fremont Street tower rather than providing any below market rate units within the Rincon Hill development itself.

I like the neo-streamline moderne look!

It's worth noting that we now have projects on the 1400 block of Mission (between 10th and 11th), the 1300 block (between 9th and 10th), on 8th just off Mission (Trinity Place, phase 3) and now the 1000 block (between 6th and 7th). This part of Mission, not long ago sort of a wasteland, is blossoming.
