It's worth noting that we now have projects on the 1400 block of Mission (between 10th and 11th), the 1300 block (between 9th and 10th), on 8th just off Mission (Trinity Place, phase 3) and now the 1000 block (between 6th and 7th). This part of Mission, not long ago sort of a wasteland, is blossoming.
I like the neo-streamline moderne look!
Then you would have loved the original design before they "value engineered" it which I had forgotten about:
