cant possibily give a building less than 10, if I am currently living in it.

I give it a 9.5. It would be a 10 but the crown leaves a bit to be desired and it does have a lot of vanity height. I think the highest floor is something like 1100'. Remarkable that it doesn't breach the top 25 at 435m. How far humanity has come.
