i'm pretty optimistic about this one. it'll be to scale unlike Bohemian Embassy and West Side Lofts and it's being done by Streetcar which is good.

Both sections of dufferin are finally being connected, which will have a huge impact on the traffic on gladstone. Great for the neighborhood!

I'm pretty sure they're going to narrow that block of Gladstone down to a residential side-street once it's done.

I can really see this building turning out well. Although, the Gladstone Hotel won't stand out so much anymore when looking at it from farther west.
I'll miss the view of the happy fish.
updates anyone ...
Looks good!

Streetcar Developments coming out with another eight storey loft building soon, just north of this.

^^ That's the Gladstone Hotel, one of Toronto's cultural and artistic hubs.
These condos are getting closer and closer to Parkdale. I figure it's only a matter of time before it spreads under the bridge. I do kind of like the colourful, eccentric nature of Parkdale and it's residents.
^^ me too. Worked and even lived there back in the 80's and really enjoyed it. It has become much more gentrified by now. Probably fewer crack-hoes now.

There is already a proposal in the works for the south west corner of Dufferin and Queen.
