Northern end of Váci utca, Vörösmarty ter. This square is also the western terminus for Metro line 1.

Gerbeaud, the place to see and be seen in Budapest. Most famous cafe/confectionary in town.

I have lots of more pictures from Budapest, but hopefully I won't bore you before getting to Szeged and Pécs...

Basilica on Szent István tér






The dome is open to the public and offers a 65 metres tall panorama view over the city

For those not wanting to use the stairs there's even elevators...

On top of the tallest hill in Budapest, János-hegy (526 metres above sea level) there's a lookout tower named Erzébet-kilató offering panorama views over the city and the western hilly surroundings.
