2019 Manchester Wedding
Really important question:
I'm due to be married in 2019 and will be having our function at Great John St Hotel.
Are there any developments due to take place right next to my venue around that time?
I'm growing concerned about possible noise from demolition and/or construction. Plus road closures and the balcony view being absolutepy ruined :sad2:

Check the St John's thread, I'm fairly sure the site across the road from Great John St is due to be developed into apartment buildings as one of the early phases of the St John's stuff. Then again that's been the situation for two years so maybe not!
King St townhouse is the same brand as Great John St I think, but slightly more centrally located (no clue about pricing etc. though)
