When they switch on the lighting at 22?I think you should host an SSC party...after lockdown
A lot of what goes on in the city is childish so seems entirely appropriate.Even the ill-conceived numbering on the concrete columns looks childish and misplaced.
I second that. Just because it's a serious financial district doesn't mean there can't be a splash of color or vibrant pattern here and there.. it breaks up the sombre monotony of life at street level. Also, 22 is looking great in those sunset pics.I don't see the problem, so what if it might be seen in a school playground. It's in the playground because it's bright and cheerful, in London's grey and dullness why not introduce a little cheerfulness, childish or not.
Nothing wrong with "a splash of color". But does it have to look like bad Friday night puke?I second that. Just because it's a serious financial district doesn't mean there can't be a splash of color or vibrant pattern here and there..
Well that's entirely subjective isn't it? :`) some people will love and hate it, both standpoints being entirely valid and warranted. I actually feel shoulder-shruggingly neutral towards it; it's nothing special but not visually offensive either.Nothing wrong with "a splash of color". But does it have to look like bad Friday night puke?
