Interesting: they list DC metro, yet only San Jose/Santa Clara. THen they list City of Honolulu. THen Sara-Braden-Venice. THese guys are picking and choosing their demographic boundaries to form these lists, whether it transcends city, county or regional borders.
the only relevant example is DC metro, b/c its the whole metro, according to the study. I doubt it includes Baltimore metro. and prob. Honolulu, since the whole metro is prob. within the city limits.
