I have a question. The height of this building is 193.25m, but is that its height in Lexington Ave or in Park Avenue?
I ask this because this skyscraper has different street levels. It is something that happens in many other buildings such as 101 Park Ave, for instance. So I never know which reference is taken to measure the height.

Thank you in advance.

Does the building have a significant open-air pedestrian entrance on the lower street? If so, then the height is measured starting from the lower street.
