I would call Dalton street Collyhurst rather than Cheetham, then again really it's really just an expansion of town up Rochdale Road. You could extend town almost to Queens Rd and Alan Turing Way Northeastwards. There's not much in the way and we could really build up some density on this side of town, especially Ancoats. In fact that's what's happening unbelievably fast.

It is Collyhurst. Collyhurst Police station is nearer to the city centre and that is still in Collyhurst, so i can't see that being in M4. But, you never know, boundries can be all over the place. From a voting point of view, Collyhurst is in the Cheetham ward though.

Hardly any mention yet on the Calderpeel website...in fact it only mentions the project in passing in one of it's employees profiles as being a project they have worked on.

Still, one to keep an eye on.
i just happened to take a photo last year of the site, not knowing it was to be developed on. there's a dillapedated 19th century mill kinda building, a small one. seem to remember it having a sign on it saying toy makers or something. unfortunately i can't access the photo right now.
