4 year plan to be published
The 4 year budgetary plan will be published later today. It should give us some idea of what taxes will be introduced and where the axe will fall.

so basically poor people are going to pay loads more tax whilst the rich aren't, and they get to continue to enjoy all ireland's nice tax exemptions. *sighs*
