Dogpatch "Café Cocomo" Development Closing In On Approvals

Plans to raze Café Cocomo and construct two five-story buildings designed by two different architects with a total of 111 new apartments at 650 Indiana Street are up for approval in two weeks.

A mid-block alley between the two buildings would provide access to underground parking for 79 cars and 103 bikes. At the southern end of the development, the dead end spur of 19th Street would become a 8,200 square foot public art space, the proposed "Decompression Plaza."
