no idea but here is a price list with 26 apartmentsYou say something about a use less fact but I want to know this. What % have been sold because that would be a useful fact?
It doesn't really matter I was just wondering. I've heard some bad things in the housing market, lots of empty buildings etc. Beetham is always quoted but a forumer said it was only 75% full but really I think that's quite good considering. I'd say anything over 65% full a year or so after opening with everything sold is a successful development.thanks chogs.
here's a pic off their website.
for those who haven't seen, there's mention of this in a bunch of threads on the forum. some good stuff in them.
their website by the way says bolton and preston are future locations. ...and preston same.
