Yea, government has to be blamed but let's not condone what traders do by calling it hard work to feed family. What is wrong is wrong. People make government. We go on demonstrations for all sorts of strange reasons, why not for sanitation? Ghanaians are not that poor to resort to eating our own faeces resulting in cholera. We are just full of excuses.

No one is blaming them we know it up to our leaders, they are only fending for them selves , that is why the government is now upgrading the markets to contain the rapid increase of traders , traders needs a market place but others want to bring the market to the street to the extend that they occupy bridges and that is not even safe , bridge can collapse any time due to over weight it carries, all i wish is the government do things right

The original City of Accra plan had many parks and squares with fountains.Nkrumah scrapped that. Mahama has it in their manifesto to build more of Rattray in Accra-sadly he will leave just this Jan; and we wont have theses in a quieter place
