You can always tell a bogus project from the way the description is written. There is always an undeniable strong hint of naivety and ameteurism

Na ! I doubt.. I spoke with the developer on twitter of which he said its already under construction.. well fingers crossed

Some nice projects in Accra. But i want to see a coordinated city plan. And the heights of the buildings they are constructing is still too low.

Heights of buildings in Accra generally could be higher but in Cantonments there's a height restriction of ground plus 2. this is the highest they could go

And why is that?? Its there needs to be a revision of Accra spatial planning. We are not it the 80s
