It looks like this project has stalled. Its right by the just completed ecobank building in Ridge. It died after foundation excavation was completed a couple of years ago.

Correctly so,the stalled project is Alvanti place.The new project should be on the independence avenue before the African Liberation Circle(at least that's what i can figure out from the pictures)

Alvanti Place is right after the Ecobank Building or right next to it. But it has stalled. I think the Anchor Tenant Pwc has decided to rather locate in the Cantonments City
