From http://www.railpage.com.au/f-t11329813-0-asc-s30.htm and http://tdu.to/msg/msg50758.html - I think it's lost! It's a long trip to Vic Sq from there!

What the hell, that's on Kingsway, Melbourne. lol I bet a lot of people were wondering where there hell 'Victoria Square' is.

What with all these new and test trams lately in Melbourne?
Poor old tram - it gets free roam in Melbourne but has to come to Adelaide where it's confined to one line.
I guess it could be one of two reasons. First reasons is that it could be undergoing testing for the Adelaide tram operator making use of equipment, staff, and expertise that might not be available in Adelaide. The second, and more likely reason, is that it's being tested and evaluated by Yarra Trams as part of the process of working out which new trams they will look at ordering for themselves.
Yeh, tried to get on it infront of rmit. But some random girl stopped me claiming it was a fake tram.
lol. Fake... so if I was to stand in its path, it would just coast right through me?

Or maybe it was just a cardboard cutout.
It's fake, just like Adelaide, I mean have you ever been there? Rest my case. ;)

Have you been there I wonder? Easy to make judgements without having been there. Admittedly my first experience in Melbourne was pretty shitty, until I stayed in the melbourne suburbs for a good 6 months. Guess once you know the place you'll begin to like it.

Like yourself :)
Jeez guys settle down it was just a joke. Yes I've been to Adelaide and I loved it. Womadelaide is Australia's best festival IMO, SA wines are OZ's best IMO and you're all extremally handsome and well refined people.

Haven't you heard of the stereotypical stories on Adelaide, boresville etc...
^^ No. Please explain?
Sure. The one that springs to mind is a sketch from full frontal (or was it fast forward) in the late ninetys. It went something like this:

Melbourne newsreader: Tonight there was a ten car pile up on the Westgate fwy.

Sydney newsreader: Hah only ten, today we had a twenty car pile up.

MNR: So what we've just had a twenty seven death shooting spree.

SNR: We just had a thirty death shooting spree and we're about to have the olympics.

MNR: You mean the ones we had forty years ago?

SNR: Yeah before they were a major international televised event.

Adelaide newsreader: Ha ha ha you guys are so funny always trying to outdo each other.

MNR & SNR: So what happened in Adelaide today?

ANR: Ummm, well nothing.

There you go as requested.

That's right. For example Melb Syd and Adel were bagged in the above sketch. Stop taking everything so seriously. Anyway apologies if anyone was offended by my earlier remarks and peace and good will to all. :)
"In tonights National nightly network News, a lucky escape for an Adelaide man as he moves to Melbourne....."
Full frontal joke.
I really do not know where all this city bashing comes from (about Adelaide)..

In the 70s and 80s adelaide was the most socially/culturally progressive city in Australia by a mile, it boggles the mind how on earth it got a reputation for being boring (Jealousy perhaps?)! Even all through most of the 90s there was no shortage of events, if anything the lull happened for only a few years late 90s start of 00's but its back in full swing now.

I'm guessing it was started by Victorians, there has always been a rivalry there going all the way back to the border disputes of the 19th century.
Whatever... I for one think Adelaide is a fantastic city & all major cities should aspire to be like it. (Could do with some talls but hey, it still looks great)
Get over it, nobody is putting down Adelaide, it's just joking around.
Yeah. They said it was a 'fake' tram because it wasn't allowing passengers.
