Well Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan have it.
I think Herzelia might have it.

But its hard to define what an electronic ad is...
TV ad for example is ads that are projected on TV.

So im assuming if there is lights in an ad which 85% of them do..its electronic as well or a hand moving or something?
