Is it really that difficult to spell "your" correctly?;)
I've seen car elevator designs in New York where cars can actually go up to the floor of the resident and sit in the garage right there, suspended above the street.
^^ What a stupid waste of money and energy, all so someone doesn't have to ride a lift down to their parking space?

In Auckland there are currently plans for a 45 level apartment building on a very small site. Apparently there will be 9 levels of underground parking, with a mechanised system to bring the cars to the surface.

Mariahmary. What you're asking for sounds impossible.

Well, given the price of New York real estate, the extra cost isn't much when the customers have deep pockets. :)

How come; might you be familiar with wise ways at wasting?
people this is just an issue for idealistic planning, dont constraint about the budget. is that any better way apart from that? such as ramp or ?
reason being to have their own car park right in front their houses:) is because convenience.
Hmmm.. no wonder Americans are so fat if they can't be bothered walking 2 minutes to their car.
Those who are not willing to go even a few meters on their own feet should perhaps think about getting a private litter service also within the own home. In case someone is really trying hard to ruin the own health because he is too lazy for even such a tiny number of steps per day.

There are so many technical problems that need to be solved in the world, this is not even remotely among them.

This concept is nonexistent in 99% of the US. We still have to walk to our cars. ;)

Your stupidity's just downright plain, huh? I mean, are you implying that no matter how new the Zeal'te be down there it seldom takes less than two minutes to find its vehicle? (Aside from being some git out there, who do you think you are?)

I think the car lift has more to do with space than with convenience. I would rather have the buildings incorporate a car lift if that means that there isn't a large parking lot on the ground.
