amazing photos!!! just out of curiosity... i thought the Japanese expanded the Kai Tak runway when they occupied HK. How come we couldn't see the runway at all?
Fantastic photos! I didn't know that Victoria Park was previously a typhoon shelter!

It seems that the alignment of King's Road is essentially the same nowadays.

The Peninsula looks very prominent.

Do you mean the extension into the harbour? I read this was only completed in the 50's.

There is also an information board close to the central library but sadly i haven't a photo of that.
