There are a few, but I don't know the details right now:
- Brasov-Tampa (a small hill near the city of Brasov, less than 1000 m high). There is/used to be a restaurant up there.
- Balea Cascada - Balea Lac: In the Fagaras Mtns. Goes from 1400m to 2000m. The cabin is quite small and the pillars were a bit rusty when I last saw them. I would be a bit scared to use this one. Rendered useless (mostly) after the construction of the Transfagarasan road.
- Poiana Brasov - Postavaru/Cristianu Mare. They replaced these with a higher capacity gondola system AFAIK.
- Sinaia - Cota 1400: there is a hotel at Cota 1400.
- Cota 1400 - Cota 2000.
- Busteni - Babele: This is by far the most impressive one. It goes from 900m to 2200m on the Bucegi Plateau. The scenery is fabulous. Unfortunately, its capacity is far too low for the huge queues of tourists.
- Babele - Pestera: It descends on the other side of the Bucegi Range to the Ialomitei Cave. A monastery has been built in the mouth of the cave, it is pretty cool. There is a hotel there too.
- Mamaia gondolas: This one was recently built, it provides a panoramic view of the seaside resort of Mamaia.
Feel free to add those I don't know about or forgot to include.
I've heard rumours that another was built in the Rarau Mtns. in Moldova, from Campulung Moldovenesc, but I'm not sure. Can anyone provide more information about this?
