Rentals in older buildings aren't that bad right now even in South Beach. Purchase prices are pretty steep just about anywhere you would actually want to live but they can still be found at relatively affordable levels in West Brickell or in one of those ~400sqft studios in the middle section of South Beach (just south of Flamingo Park).
Affordable Housing for Graduates
I am intent on going to college in Miami, or even FAU, but once I’ve graduated college I wouldn’t be sure where to go next. I’ve heard horror stories about how expensive cost of housing is in Miami, I’m really looking for a relatively cheap place to live. Are there any lofts or apartments in respectable neighborhoods near Miami? I wanna plan ahead, its never to early to have a plan
