I’m not sure I would choose to live that close to a railway line and wonder whether any anti-vibration damping is incorporated into the design. I doubt it though, for the size of the development.

I have commented many times about the use of light coloured stuccoed or painted surfaces in our climate. I guess it is cheap, but not very cheerful after a year or two.
