A new planning application has been submitted. The portal is however down at the moment.

So today saw us erect this crane within metres of Salford Central - the result of long logistical negotiations with Network Rail - excellent work all – at Salford Central Railway Station

Still it has a pretty significant impact on the look of the building.

I definitely think changing the Black spandrels with Blue brick is a good move. It will however be interesting to see just how Blue the Blue brickwork is.
