Do we need a separate thread for this project? guys let us stick on to a policy that we will start new threads only for those projects which are 20+ stories tall.

Projects like this, cochin have 100's of such!!

Agree to an extend. But just thought of putting this one because of its uniqueness. This one perhaps be one of the costliest office / commercial space under construction barring high end shopping malls.

yea, i too feel the same. The design is unique, AFAIK...the towers are rising from a common basement, nw dts cool!!

Alfa Horizon coming up; Vallarpadam Church, a Goshree Bridge and a few ferries

You can see the new elevated Goshree bridge, which will be open soon. The present bridge shall be rebuild over VICTT rail, once the traffic is diverted.
