The state government is planning to start flying clubs at state airports. There are plans to start flying clubs at almost all the airports in the state. Flying clubs may operate at airports like Varanasi, Lucknow, but introducing new arrangements in Prayagraj, Kanpur and Gorakhpur will not be easy. The flying club has to take permission from the Air Force and the Central Civil Aviation Department.

Airport road will be four lane in Prayagraj, land will be acquired soon, survey work completed

The road leading to the airport in Prayagraj will be phone lane. Land will have to be acquired to take the road straight. The survey work for these lands has been completed. Now from next month, the process of identifying the farmers and giving them compensation will start. This road will be made from Peepalgaon via airport till the Buddhist pilgrimage site in Kaushambi. At present this road is mostly two lane but now it will become four lane.

Fourlane will be built till Kaushambi pilgrimage site: This road will be made 32 meters wide starting from Peepalgaon, via Airport, Bhagwatpur, Pipri police station, Tilhapur turn, Katra square, Bara till Kaushambi pilgrimage site. To widen the road, land has to be bought at many places. Therefore, it will cost more to buy land than to build a road. After completing the process of land survey in Prayagraj and Kaushambi, farmers are being identified. After talks with the farmers in the month of May, the process of giving them compensation will start. After that the construction process will start.
