Next to the Oliphant Towers is this new project in Amsterdam Zuidoost (South East) close to the to the Amsterdam ArenA football stadium (home of Ajax Amsterdam).

The neighborhood is now an office area, but there are several new residential projects that in the works that will make it a much more mixed neighborhood.

Some more recent info and images:

The building permit has been granted (here's a document if you want to see it). The height will be 133m, 39 storeys (40 American floors). The base of the old and new tower will be connected to improve wind conditions and aesthetics.

Building is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2020 and be wrapped up in 2023.

First image shows penthouses, second image shows plinth treatment

Woningen = units
Huurwoningen = rental housing (incl social housing)
Vrije sector = free market housing (rent/buy)

Front Garden (subterranean parking garage will be connected to a public parking garage at the back)

From where the tower will be visible. More towers of 130m are planned. A residential tower from the neighbouring 'Urban Interactive District' right across the street will be the highest at 150m.
