But i find it ridiculous to leave out paper and gunpowder
They left out paper and gunpowder? Aren't those two of the main Chinese inventions?
Interesting fact , Antibiotic

I just happened to come across this when I was doing my biology research on an encyclopedia and this is the quote

"While our scientific knowledge of antibiotics has only recently been developed, the practical application of antibiotics has existed for centuries. The first known use was by the Chinese about 2,500 years ago. During this time, they discovered that applying the moldy curd of soybeans to infections had certain therapeutic benefits. It was so effective that it became a standard treatment."
