Ankara - Çankaya Zirvekent Residentals

Zirvekent is a big Residental project with total area of 427.000 m2 located at the top of Çankaya. (It is quite on the edge, close to Turan Güneş Avenue)

Projects 1st and 2nd step is completed, while 3rd step is u/c. Also there will be a very big shopping center construction next to the site.

Zambak Site which is under construction. Shots are old though.

because always the same architecture everywhere...

Even people in Çankaya would need commie-like luxurious homes. It quite away from classy Çankaya streets and embasies, on the edge, although it takes 10-15 minutes from Atakule to Zirvekent, in less traffic.

Maybe you are seeing the same projects again again. They are all in Eryaman, pretty close to each other.

^^Around Citadel you mean? Placing highrises around citadel wouldn't be nice. I guess they will renew that shanty areas around Ankara Citadel with, lowrise homes.

But first they are going to renew Esenboga Yolu. It's already approved, started or starting soon. It will cost about 1,5 billion $.

They are going quite fast, they will finish it in spring I guess.
